It is well to be up before daybreak, for such habits contribute to health, wealth, and wisdom.
~Aristotle

When your alarm goes off, do you usually snooze it off or do you just stand up?
Getting up early is the first discipline for success.  Come to think about it, the “Early to bed, Early to rise” saying isn’t just a simple rhyme. It just goes to say that early birds don’t just get the worm, they also get the greater benefits: better job performances, higher salaries, all the perks.
Successful entrepreneurs such as Disney’s CEO Robert Iger, Tim Cook the CEO of Apple, Yahoo CEO Marissa Meyer, among others, start their day as early as 4:30 in the morning.  They managed to make it a habit until it’s in their system.
I know, it’s going to be quite a challenge (especially when you love your bed so much) but let me assure you, once you’ll get used to getting up early, you’ll be:
  • more productive
  • less stressed
  • extra-happier
Here’s my video and check out a few tips on how to help you get started on getting up early.
If your up and ready for this challenge, leave a comment on how you will spend your extra-time.
